What an epic, exhilarating few weeks in the company of some incredible human beings.

As ICON APAC wrapped its 30th-anniversary conference series in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, I was fortunate enough to share my thoughts about the opportunity for professional services firms to build AI-augmented brands – without losing our humanity in the process.

Our gut instinct when facing change THIS big is usually to hide our heads in the sand. But saying no to AI is not an option given staff and clients are already on the bandwagon.

The questions to ask are:

  • How do we apply AI creatively, intelligently and responsible to benefit our clients?
  • How do we align and unify our organisations behind our brands?
